Overview

At RestoreBunny, we use a pay-as-you-go image credit system to ensure fair and transparent pricing. Because image credits are instantly available and can be used immediately to generate AI-restored images, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds on Image Credits

All purchased image credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation once the transaction is completed.

Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

We recommend verifying your selected plan and payment amount before checkout. Refunds will not be issued for accidental, incorrect, or duplicate purchases.

Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from using your image credits, please contact our support team at support@restorebunny.com.

If we confirm the issue originated from our system, we may, at our discretion, provide replacement credits. Refunds will not be issued.

Unused Credits

Image credits do not expire. Therefore, unused credits are not eligible for refunds.

Fraud or Abuse

Any attempt to misuse the platform, exploit the system, or abuse refund policies may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of remaining credits.

Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing image credits or using RestoreBunny services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
